KINETIC- 25 Year Limited Warranty

Kinetic warrants Classicor cookware and the ECLIPSE non-stick coating to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 25 years from date of original purchase. The ECLIPSE non-stick coating is guaranteed not to scrape off, peel off, or wear off for 25 years from date of original purchase.

During this period, Kinetic will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or product returned with the original purchase receipt to the designated product. If product is out of production, a new or refurbished product of the same function and similar value will be substituted.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, overheating, improper repair, commercial use, nor does this warranty cover scratches, stains, or discolorations of the exterior or interior which do not affect the function of the cookware. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

FANCY COOK CAST IRON COOKWARE LIMITED WARRANTY

FancyCook cast iron cookware warrants the FancyCook Cast Iron Cookware will be free of defects in workmanship and materials. For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow these Use and Care Instructions. (See Use & Care of Cast Iron Cookware on Home Page)

This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, accident or commercial use. Scratches, stains, pitting, discoloration, deterioration, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty.
