FAQ On Shipping
What are my payment options? For your convenience, Pots.Pans 'n Such accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept checks.
Do I have to pay taxes? We only collect sales tax on items that are sold in the state of Nevada.
How long does it take to receive my product? All shipments go UPS and are guaranteed to ship within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Is there a shipping fee? Yes, it will depend on the weight of the product you order or otherwise stated.
What kind of warranties do my products have? All stainless Steel, regular or non-stick products have a 25 Year Limited Warranty. Pot racks have a 5 Year Limited Waranty. Glasslocks Products have a 1 Year Limited Warranty and there is a 90 Day Warranty on Go Green Basic and Premium Food Containers
Fancy Cook Cast Iron Cookware Limited Warranty: FancyCook cast iron cookware warrants the FancyCook Cast Iron Cookware will be free of defects in workmanship and materials. For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow the Use and Care Instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, accident or commercial use. Scratches, stains, pitting, discoloration, deterioration, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture�s defect, email potspansandsuch@gmail.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. A 100% credit and freight will be allowed on manufacturer's defects only based on company's description of defects.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to potspansandsuch@gmail.com (with "RETURN"in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
Non Defective Merchandise

Returns of non defective merchandise require a return authorization number, and should be shipped freight prepaid. Merchandise shipped without a return authorization number, or shipped freight collect, will be refused.

If the product is resalable as received, a 15% handling and restocking charge will apply.

If returned merchandise needs to be repackaged due to damage to the carton, or retail stickers on the carton, 50% credit will be allowed.

If the product is damaged or customer abused and cannot be refurbished and resold, no credit will be issued.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.), Original packaging and Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should.

Return item to the address given to you by our return department.

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.

Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
